Consulting CEPAC is an independent think tank, designed to provide high quality policy research, economics and interaction at national, regional and global levels, to provide policy advice, consulting services and training. The aim of the Center is to strengthen the link between research, politics and the economy by using innovative communication to mobilize citizens in the development of public dialogue and policy making, as well as providing advice, consulting and training for political and business entities (states, institutions, individuals) that shape policies and economic interactions.

The mission of CEPAC is through high quality research and policy proposals and economic topics to provide the basis for creating public awareness, offer perspectives and solutions aimed at decision makers and the general public. Through policy advice, consultancy and training CEPAC aims to offer responses to new political, economic, security, geopolitical and societal challenges, and to influence the creation of a national perspective on the international agenda. The consulting services aim to offer advice and analysis on current global issues and the role of Macedonia in the global agenda, and through training CEPAC aims to offer the acquisition of skills and knowledge to cope with contemporary challenges and policy.

Our vision is to provide the Macedonian public and political institutions with alternative perspectives on issues of politics, the economy and their interaction in order to achieve a democratic and prosperous society. Our work is based on the universal ideals of democracy, individual responsibility, free markets and entrepreneurship. CEPAC has a significant role in strengthening the role of civil society and its impact on national policy formation and policy aimed at achieving the standards of Euro-Atlantic and global integration of the country.
Through activities at the local level, CEPAC’s vision is to influence the capacity building of local entities (institutions, civil society organizations and citizens) in order to strengthen the democracy of the country.



  • To conduct and publish high quality research and analysis;
  • To publish documents for public policy, brochures, magazines and other publications (reports, results from surveys, etc.).
  • To implement and deliver advice on public policy in the field of politics, economics, political economy, security, geopolitics, etc.
  • To organize and implement training based on the needs of business and political entities (states, institutions, individuals) at national, regional and global levels;
  • To promote critical thinking and organizing public events (conferences, round tables and lectures)
  • To strengthen awareness of the public and decision makers;
  • To encourage networking and cooperation between other, similarly orientated institutes in the region and worldwide.
  • Cooperation with academic institutions, civil society organizations, media and private (business) sector in the country, the region and the world.
